Beware crayons in the dryer!!!
I just took a load of the kids clothes out of the dryer to discover fushia spots all over the load of laundry! The worst piece of clothes was Micah's Toronto pj's. I was trying to figure out what happened and as I got about half way through the pile I found an empty crayon wrapper. SO my hypothesis is that once the crayon hit the dryer, it melted! So we have play clothes. Some things didn't get it too bad. And well underware, pj's and socks. Socks don't last long as it is so they can ware them with pink spots!

WD 40.

We had it with a black crayon recently. Ruined a whole load of good work pants. We got all the crayon out of the dryer, but it was harder out of the clothes. But WD40 will take it out of the dryer.

You guys would have less problems if you hung up your clothes to dry like I do:) I really miss having a dryer- so does David cause he doesn't like the house all cluttered with clothes hanging to dry. At least if we had some room that we don't use to hang them in or a basement but we have our undies hanging to dry in our living room:)!!! Kinda fun for the guests I guess...

Hey Erin,
I have a laundry room and plenty of hanging space. I hang most of mine and Verns stuff, but the drier is really great for the "undies". I mostly do the kids stuff in the dryer when it is this cold. -22 is just too cold to go outside.LOL

Ya, I really miss it for towels- they are so stiff when they air dry. And softer undies would be nice too, and turtlenecks:) It is pretty warm here now 6 degrees C. Pretty nice eh! Lots of people are washing all their blankets etc. one last time and hanging them over their balconies while we have the nice weather.

Hi Kathleen! Thanks for visiting my blog! You have a beautiful family....I'm glad Rebekah's not at the age where she puts crayons in her pockets although I do have to keep an eye on our walls and floors for new "drawings" :)
